A boda is the quickest way through Kampala, and here every rider is verified before they can claim a trip. You say where to, and the fare shows up front. You choose how you are matched, and the money stays in escrow until you are there.
What you get
- Matched three ways: first to claim, nearest inside a time window, or the rider you pick.
- A rider may counter with another fee. Nothing is agreed until you say yes.
- Share the live trip with someone who is waiting for you.
- Fuel is a benefit for the rider on the job. It is not something you buy.
What it costs
You see the fare before you fund it. No other figure is quoted here.
Boda riders claim a job first, take the nearest one, or offer a different fee. Every job closes with a PIN.
