Signing up
You sign up in the Rider app, then scan your national ID. A person at Peebee checks it. Until you are verified you can look around, but you cannot take jobs.

What reaches you
Three kinds of work arrive in one list.
- Rides: a customer who needs to get somewhere on a boda
- Parcels: pick up, carry, hand over. Long parcels can travel in legs, boda to taxi to boda
- Shopping: you buy from a list, send substitutes for the customer to approve, and deliver

How you are matched
Peebee sets how a job is offered in your area: first to claim it, the nearest partner within a short window, or the customer choosing from those who respond. Where Peebee allows it, you can offer a different fee and the customer decides.

Cash
Some customers pay in cash on rides. The app tells you how each job is paid before you start, so there are no surprises at the end.

What else you get
Fuel vouchers you redeem at partner fuel stations, and savings circles you can run with riders from your stage. Cancellation and no-show fees are set by Peebee and shown in the app.

Ratings and safety
Every job ends with a rating. Customers and riders can chat and call inside the app, and the PIN means a parcel only leaves your hands for the right person.
How you get paid
The customer pays before the work starts. Peebee holds that money. When the job is handed over, the customer reads you a PIN, you enter it, and the money is released to your wallet. Your earnings sit in your Peebee wallet. Withdraw to MTN or Airtel mobile money whenever you like.

Where Peebee allows it, yes. You propose your fee within limits Peebee sets, and the customer accepts or declines.
The customer's money is held first. You buy from the list, send substitutes for anything missing, the customer approves, and you deliver.
At participating shops you can pay with the shop's outlet code from the order's budget, so you don't carry the customer's cash.
Yes. Long parcels can travel as a relay: one rider to a taxi, the taxi between stages, and a last rider to the door.
When the job is handed over. The customer reads you their 4-digit PIN, you enter it, and the money held for the job is released to your rider wallet.
The customer pays into escrow, so the money is already held while you work. You never deliver hoping to be paid.
Yes. Withdraw from your rider wallet to a saved mobile money number, either the full balance or an amount you choose.
Up to two withdrawal numbers. With two saved, you pick which one each withdrawal goes to.
Peebee can set a small minimum balance that stays behind. If it is on, the wallet shows the amount.
The customer pays you directly and Peebee's fee for that job is recorded against your wallet. It is taken from your next in-app payout automatically.
